Hi <<<<< Lymer Family >>>>>,

Now that TxCoord has had to have his knees injected w/ Indocin and Steroids,

...so that he can walk again and build strength in his thigh muscles preparatory to knee surgery...How can we do a safe inexpensive detox for him???

He will likely have to have this done again in February,he does not have a DX of Lyme and Co's but it is strongly suspected [VA wont help w/ a Lyme DX as far as we are able to determine, they seem to follow the 'Steere camp' ].

So any input as to detox would be a great help and muchly appreciated!!!

Thanks for any input:)!!!

Jus' Silverwolfi here!!!

I never thought about this before. Very good question and one I wish I would have asked six months ago after I took steroid injections in my back.

The worst decision I ever made. I'm still paying a terrible price health wise for taking those injections. I'm took them for leg pain and sadly the injections didn't help a bit.

Anyway, I decided to do a search on steroid detox and came up an interesting remedies on this website. I have no idea it works or not.

You can do a google search "detox from steroids" and you'll find some limited information there about this that might be helpful.

Here's an interesting link:
