Let me ask...

Is it ok that I am sharing what is working for me? I am not sharing to brag.

I am sharing in hopes that it may help others. I am not yet a success story, not even by a long shot, but have making a lot of progress lately.

If it turns you off, just ignore the rest of the post : )

I have ramped each up separately, so that I may observe the effects. This is how they have worked for me:

1. Buhner core protocol (on for 1.5 mos so far). Stabilizing to my health.

2. Huperzine: gave me back my sense of direction. (Learned my way around Los Angeles in less than a day. So awesome. L.A. is awesome too!)

3. DMAE: have heard that this repairs the corpus callosum, so I tried it to help with the dyslexia-like problems. I am actually making some headway in my reading ability. Able to focus on details and lists a little bit better.

4. RNA: recommended by my fabulous, woo-woo chiropractor after muscle testing. Not sure what this has done yet, but I trust him.

5. Zinc: helping with focus. I can actually look someone in the eye and somewhat understand what they are saying

6. Gingko. This has always worked for me, even in the past. But it gave me a wicked herx in the beginning. I was like a helium balloon.

Anyways, hope this helps.

This actually is very helpful.

Thanks for sharing.

I wish there was more of this kind of sharing happening more regularly.

Best of luck to you and continued healing

Derek

well, since there are now fewer Buhner threads than there used to be when Brussels and JimBob were posting all the time, I'm now re-starting up the herbal threads compendium with 2010 stuff so it'll be easy to find at least that subject matter easily.

there were a few months when I just couldn't keep up with all the herbal discussion on Lymenet- it's now slightly more manageable since a lot of people moved their herbal questions over to the Buhner Yahoogroup, etc.
