I took Tindamax for about 7 days and developed a raging yeast infection.

Fortunately I was able to locate some diflucan from a few months back.

If I have a vaginal yeast infection than obviously it's systemic.

I take Probiotics but obviously it's not cutting it.

Have since stopped taking abx due to this.

What is the absolute best stuff to knock this terrible yeast down.

I also have a script for nystatin although my understanding is that it only works in your gut.

Any suggestions?

Well, someone here posted that you can use boric acid in capsules for the vaginal yeast. Hopefully, that will work.

not to be ingested!!!.. suppositories only!

I would get on Diflucan for about a month if you can get that many pills.

I took Nystatin the whole time I was on abx. It will at least knock the yeast down so it won't spread. (in a ideal world, anyway)

MAKE SURE you are following a good diet, with NO sugar, white foods, or breads. Ezekiel bread may be used in moderation.

Go here for a yeast free diet...

I have had this issue for years- nothing helped except Boric Acid Suppositories. Google it. it works

I make my own- buy 00 size gelatin capsules and fill up one side with boric acid and close it up. Insert every night for 14 days.

Then you can use once in awhile for upkeep- i use one once every few weeks even when i don't have an infection

I don't think it means its obviously systemic.

I used OTC yeast rememdies and got rid of 2 yeast infections. Haven't had any since.

I'm diabetic and eat no sugars and virtually no carbohydrates.

I have no yeast problems.

When I was eating whatever I wanted, pre-diabetic diagnosis, I was on diflucan 100mg, daily for a couple of years.!

Lyme is like the flu. You can get it and recover, but you can always get it again.
