I can't remember the combo, but yes, you can.

It's been a while for me, but I believe the combo I was on included amoxy/probenecid, tindamax, plaquenil, malarone, lariam, and levaquin. I know there are other protocols that include bactrim. Hopefully someone else will chime in. [Smile]

Yes, it was one hell of a herx, too!! I was sooo sore! Epsom salt baths .... coffee enemas .... then after about six weeks, I started feeling much, much better except for Tindamax days. Eventually we realized the Tindamax was not a good drug for me. That combo was for 12 weeks.

six,

After those 12 weeks did you make a big dent in the disease or were you on to another protocol?

What is Larium? How much Levaquin were you on?

I would also like to hit everything at once but don't know if I could handle it. I see my LLMD in a couple of weeks.

Thanks

I'm currently hitting all three and have finally started having more good days than bad days.

My current cocktail includes
Rifampin - bart
Mepron/Zith - babs
Zith/Plaquenil - lyme

Had a hard time the first two weeks on the Rifampin - very strong herx, but pulled through and many of my worst symptoms started going away.

Good luck.
