I had a positive Strongloides test in my stool sample from Metametrix.
I am about to start Ivermectin (5 3mg tabs daily for seven days). But I heard you are supposed to take the 15mgs every 3 days for up to a month combined with Doxycycline and that this was much more effective.
I also have a positive Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever test (dealt with the lyme and other co-infections) so I am supposed to go on Doxy after this anyway.
Has anyone combined the two? I hear this resulted in a much better cure rate. What was your dosage?
Thanks!

Sorry, I can't answer your question, but can i ask you a couple?
What are strongloides? And what is the treatment for RMSF? Do you know symptoms of both of these?

Strongloides is a parasite. Treatment for RMSF is Doxycycline. Symptoms are the same as lyme symptoms.

I would like to know myself. I have heard a lot of different protocols being used with ivermectin to treat FL1953. One person took it everyday for two weeks, two weeks off, then two weeks on again along with doxy and malarone.
Other people take it 3 days on and 4 days off. Another once a week and someone else every other day. It sure is confusing.
I took it everyday for two weeks with minocycline. I am off all the drugs right now with no symptoms - just having insomnia from hyperthyroidism I believe.
If you are treating FL1953 as well as parasites, then you need to be on the low fat vegan diet as well.

Be careful Hearing people have To reduce dozy way down To.children doses And divided Down to 50 to 70 mg. week When taking it with Iiveemectin
It creeps up on You after a couple months so be careful and don't gauge on what you handle today, This week, or this month.

I would start LOW on ivermectin . Some people may not be able to tolerate even a 3 mg tablet to start .
