Thanks lymebytes!
Those are good ways of getting peoples attention to at least think....hmmmm, I wonder what the big deal is????....and maybe they will check out Turn the Corner Foundation and learn something new.
I wonder where these are airing? I have not seen them on tv.
Thanks to Turn the Corner Foundation for their work!

Lymenaide.com has more links to PSAs that have been created by other actors. They are also running a campaign called Paint May Lyme Green to raise awareness.
Visit the site, it has lots of great info, stories and tips for us.
Ashley and the others who are running the site are very dedicated, and I'm very appreciative of their efforts.
The PSA's are posted on Lyme Friends (www.lymefriends.org) where the videos are, and it looks like they are also on her site. They are great! I am very impressed with what she has been doing for the Lyme community.

Yes, Ashley has done an amazing job with these! We are continuing to post the new ones on LymeFriends daily.

BTW, she is asking people to take packets you can get from her to your local TV stations and ask them to air the PSAs. See her website for details, posted above by Hoosiers.

Thanks guys! We worked really hard on these spots and we are fighting to get them edited as quickly as possible for TV. Hit a few snags in this department.
The Turn the Corner spots are ready for TV but the campaign we did for them didn't include sending them out to the media. They are going to do that themselves.
The other spots which we did with a grant from PANDORA was a bigger project that includes sending them out.
If you want to receive kits to send to your local media email me at- [email protected]
I will need your address and the number of kits you want. The kits will be sent to you. You need to add a short testimonial telling your local stations why they need to air the spots. Then you will send or take them to your local media.
The spots are more likely to be aired coming form the community. They are also more likely to get air time on local cable and PBS stations.
