I'm on so many meds, my llmd has been treating me for 6 years on and off, just wondering if the

antibiotics affect your mind so much if you didn't have lyme. Positive for 9 years, first

time negative. Have symptoms though, glands, joints...I guess after feelling this way for so

long you start to wonder. Derealization gets worse upon stress and how could you not be

stressed not feeling yourself and thinking of crazy stuff that you know you would never think

of when you are feeling yourself. Hope this makes sense, but like many of you, have been

suffering for so long. Thanks.

I'm no doctor, but I doubt it. Have you been checked for systemic candidia? I know that can cause wicked brain fog / malaise.

Yes, drugs like Cipro, Levaquin, et al. severely messed up my already messed up mind from its CNS side effects. I won't go into detail. I posted enough detail in the past. I seem to have PTSD from it as well as EMDR is the first psychotherapy that actually did something.

I will be wearing a fluoroquinolone medic bracelet when it arrive before I start IV. I still haven't fully recovered from that antibiotic, and sometimes it's hard to differentiate between the long-standing side effects of that antibiotic and disease itself since the symptoms are similar.

It sucks. I was in denial about it, and now I just hope it will go away some day.
