I am going to take Bentonite Clay mixed with Psylium Husk in a shake, How long before and after prescrition meds/Vits Do I need to space it out so it does not bind to meds.

As much as you possibly can, or just take it on the days you do not take meds.

Thanks but i take meds every day - I think I was told 4 hours either side but LLMD is away and will get confirmation

That sounds about right. You may want to try taking it before bed. Don't take any meds for about 4 hours prior - if possible. Or you could take it when you first get up & wait 4 hours to take anything.

I'm not sure what you are taking but I don't think it's good to take clay all of the time. It can absorb nutrients as well as drugs/supplements.

Before bedtime is good so that it is in your intestinal system when your liver starts its nightly dump of the day's accummulated toxins. You want to bind those up before they get reabsorbed by your intestines.

Of course, check with your doc.
