How do you feel after the herx has passed?

Can these be used to increase health? Or is it an infection fighter only?

Felt a bit better

I am doing a few things to kill rght now so hard to really tell.

I know a few people on an ozone group that do this daily for overall health.

Some people also feel it is great for detox as well as fighting infection.

My wife did a glass of it at 5 minutes and didnt feel anything. She is perfectly healthy so this should be the norm for her.

Plus she use's a lot of my health machines that i have

I use ozone and i have noticed quite extensive rash on my chest, red spots but non itching. 2mm to 10mm diameter marks.

I think they might be from killing germs but i also got new dog lately which i am allergic too so.....

The previous dog did not cause any rash.

Do you have rash ?

Paul,

That sounds promising. Someone else just told me about a similar reaction and was encouraging me to get a generator. They said it was $400 wholesale (originally $999) and even that was out of my price range.

This one is definitely affordable and I was wondering what the difference could be, given the herxes were the same intensity?

Thanks so much for posting this and I will most probably purchase it in the near future. So glad it is helping you.

Happy Healing,

Gael

Anytime ozone is used, be sure to have lots of anti-oxidants (also called free radical quenchers) on hand. Ozone can create free radicals and the anti-oxidants can counter that.

The ozone Dr who used to answer questions online had said that rashes were a sign that the ozone was working (from either detox or killing bugs) and would eventually go away with continued use.

I've herxed from ozonated water too. I just haven't been consistent in using it or doing the ozone saunas. I shout start up again, since I have all of the equipment.
