Just thought some might be interested.

I asked what he thought I could do for eye symptoms (blurred vision, floaters, etc)

His response:::

You might try using the following for your eyes:

Bilberry 40-80 mg daily (standardized extract)

Ginkgo 40-80 mg daily standardized extract

Vinpocetine - 1-2, 5mg tablets 3x daily (start with 5mg 3x daily for one week, then go to 10mg 3x daily)

Chromium 200-400 micrograms daily

Beta-carotene 50,000 IU daily

Anybody know where to find a product that might actually contain all of these ingredients (or at least some of them)?

Look at www.vrp.com - go to there research library and search for goth articles and products for: eyes

Please read the articles first.

VRP does sell vinpocetine separately. It may be in some of their eye formulas, too.

I think fresh organic Carrot Juice and - &/or a greens powder might be best. See what "Vital Greens" from Green Vibrance (see their own web site but you can buy it cheaper elsewhere like at Vitacost.com) has regarding these. It is a great formula. I used to take it daily but had to stop. I really miss it. It was such a great way to start the day or give some life to the mid-afternoon.

Search each term at that same site under the article search, at Google and at PubMed. Lots of detail. You can find out a lot by searching terms with various sites.

You're about 1-2 months into them, right?
