From what I could see, it sounds like Dr. Stratton uses Rifabutin and rifampin interchangeably in his 4/24/08 update. He recommended it in combination with Biaxin or Zith with doxy and pulsed Flagyl or Tindamax.
I tested positive for CPN too so I've tried to read up on their site but it has been awhile since I visited last. Seems very similar to a thorough Lyme treatment protocol.
