It seems that all herbal supplements that I'm on interact with Mepron. Co-Q10, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Milk Thistle, among others.. It's going to be very hard to detox and maintain immune support when these things don't work together..

- I assume you've asked your LLMD and didn't get a satisfactory answer (?)
Interaction is tricky. ALL liver support herbs help the liver work better to take out waste materials and, in that process, good stuff can also get caught in the flow. Taking liver support AWAY from meds is always best and, because liver support is so very important, it can't just be taken out of the game.
So, timing can make all the difference. And, while all can affect the rate with how anything is processed out of the body, some may have different speeds, so to speak.
Also remember that gentle exercise, warm (not hot) baths, massage, and lots of good complex carbs (veggies, low sugar fruits, non-gluten whole grains such as quinoa) of as many colors as you can get have great antioxidants and good fiber - both actions are vital to helping the body metabolize waste and move it on out.
Can you find a good LL ND (naturopathic doctor)? They would know best. There are thousands of herbs to consider for support. But it's best to be guided by someone with four years of training and then experience with other lyme patients.
Each of the links below also address support measures - you may have to scout out references regarding mepron support but I'd start with these.

This is included in Burrascano's Guidelines, but you may want to be able to refer to it separately, too:
It's very important to have this book as a reference tool for self-care and support measures. It answers so many questions in detail that is impossible here on the forum.

- You might also do a search of past threads as this is a frequent question.
Some LLMDs says avoid it, but some LLMDs still want their patients to take Milk Thistle - just timed away from Mepron. -

Thanks Keebler, I am set to see an LLMD who is also into Holistic healing very soon. In the meantime I will look into the web links you've provided.

I am on Mepron, and my llmd said to stop CoQ10 and milk thistle, and replace burdock for liver support. She said I could continue to take alpha lipoic acid.

Burdock sounds like a good option for liver support, I will definitely look at trying that next!
