Can milk thistle cause ear fullness? Seems like I read that it can cause tennitis, but I can't find it now.

Could just be lyme & co's, but it's driving me nuts.

Tinnitus can have dozens of causes. So can stuffed ears - but that is usually from inflammation or a allergic reaction.

Ears are much more susceptible to noise damage when on antibiotics, so you need to cover your ears even when around a hairdryer, blender, vacuum, etc.

If from a stressed liver, Milk Thistle usually helps calm tinnitus by helping to protect ears - to some degree - from toxins (the better the liver works, the less stress on the ears).

As for if it can cause ear fullness, anything can, probably but I've never noticed that from it. Still, if you find it does that for you, you could add Ginger capsules - or try a different liver support.

GINGER CAPSULES should help to decrease ear fullness to a degree. Adding some fresh grated ginger to your meals should help, too. Not on an empty stomach, though. And if you have gastritis, you'd want just a small amount WITH food.

If you can't do ginger, other antioxidants to calm inflammation might help: Turmeric (that is not very hot, but take with food); VINPOCETINE is also a good choice for the ears.

Yawning, swallowing . . . singing . . . all good. You can hold your nose and swallow - but never force air. Don't try to forcibly "pop" your ears as that can damage tender ear tissue and send mucous to places it does not belong.

Avoiding dairy, gluten, corn and soy will help, too. Limiting exposure to mold, scented products, sprays and other grooming and household chemicals should help, too. Just in case you've just used any new product.

You might do some lymph massage - or a gentle warm bath might get stuff moving (never a hot bath, though).
