I seem to skip magnesium often because I remember reading that it can't be taking with other supplements or meds.

I take my other supplements together, and I also take Diflucan once a day.

Another thing that confuses me is probiotics, which I don't take at the same time as the diflucan.

It seems like whenever I "remember" to take my meds/supplements, it's either one or the other because certain things can't be taken together.

It's all so overwhelming to me (despite that I have been at this for 1.5 years) that I often just skip.

I would love to get in a routine. Thanks for your feedback. Julie

Write out a schedule! Thats the only way I can get all my meds and supps in.

Skipping sometimes is okay. I actually skip my supps periodically for a few days to give my body a break. One less thing for it to have to process.

Diflucan is an antifungal, probiotics are beneficial bacteria so diflucan does not impact probiotics.

I take magnesium at bedtime.

I'm new to taking magnesium, but the bottle says to take twice a day with meals?

Is this correct?

I have a very sensitive stomach (GERD/Ulcers etc)
So I need to take all meds with food.

I too heard you have to space about 2 hrs from Antibitiocs.
Thanks
