Can these be done twice daily?
Should they be done only after a natural BM?
Is there a reason instructions say boil coffee on stovetop? Can coffee maker be used instead?
How much electrolytes should be drank after each enema? Is there a way to make your own electrolyte drink? If not, what can be bought at Wally World?
Thanks!

Your bowel should definately be empty when doing a coffee enema. I wouldn't do two a day - even one per day seems like a lot to me.
I've heard that a coffee maker is OK - but maybe boiling is a better way to make sure it's germ free?
There are products by "Trace Minerals" and "Alacer" that are powder packets of electrolytes and/or vitamins in various flavors. Trace Minerals is a little sweet (but uses Stevia) and Alacer is more tart but I like both. I buy these at vitacost.com - not familiar with Wally World.

Coffee makers can add toxins, so the say to only make it in items made of glass, stainless, or enamel. I use a stainless kettle and a glass french press.
Gerson used two per day for cancer treatment. I did do them daily through Lyme treatment. I took extra minerals and drank water. I tried to do them in the morning after a natural bowel movement so I didn't rely on them to go.
You want organic, caffeinated coffee.
