I use high quality mangosteen juice myself. Anything to reduce inflammation will help your energy.

Might even try curcumin or bromelain.

Also make sure you don't have undiagnosed or untreated babesia. Big cause of fatigue.

My doctor has suggested d-ribose to help with fatigue.

Eleutherococcus has been a savior

Herb Pharm makes it

I use 1 dropper at breakfast and lunch

(after 1-2 months use.. take 2week break)

it got me out of bed,

able to cook and clean,


I took it for pain, and realized that I could think clearer, and for the first time in months I could get out of bed,

I know its not the cure, but it helped me,

but it may not help everyone,

I still feel tired, but not as bad,

I had my thyroid tested and my llmd knew that it would be borderline on paper but that symptoms show I was hypo...

On Armour and amazingly energy level has come back.

lyme & co sure mess up a bunch of stuff!
