I used all my energy to get to the computer.

A herx is hitting me hard. Real hard.

Anxiety is really high. Probably a 9/10. If it was a 10/10 and I would be cognitively out of it and at the ER.

High doses of anxiety medication is not working.

Took 5 mg of Ativan .5 mg of Klonopin and 1 mg of Xanax already. There is nothing else I can do to prevent myself from seeking help.

Binders are not working.

Sublingual reduced glutathione not working.

Activated Charcoal is not working.

Everything that usually works is not working.

I know I've been through this before, but it's just a terribly scary every time. I'm in pain as well, but pain isn't what's scary. Well, the chest pain is more worrisome.

I don't know what to do. This is not fair. Back to bed tossing and turning I guess. I think the fact that I started taking a systemic enzyme turned the herx up a notch or 5.

I'm really scared. Not a mental type scared. Neurologically induced extreme fear. As if somebody was holding a gun to my head.

Kday just want to say I'm praying for you. Hang on and try to do something that can take your mind off of it...anything...have you taken magnesium (alot)?

God Bless you

Put on some relaxing music and breath to it. You can get yourself through this.

Kyle,
Can you stop the antibiotics for a day or two?
Give the liver a break.

Is this from the Resveratrol?
You told me that you took a very large first dose of it.

Does kava help?
I'm sorry that you're going through this.

That is exactly how I feel too!

Like mobsters are ready to execute me!
Guns to my head!
Terror, but not panic attacks.

And the pain is horrific!

Started Cymbalta last week.

no more anxiety
sleeping a little better
and the pain is managable,

apparantly it takes a month to see the full benefit, but it started to help me right away.

I am allowed to double the dose if needed.

I take it with Ginger capsules so that I won't puke from Cymbalta. And I go to sleep with my head up on a few pillows.

Just an Idea for you

I am not a doctor, and I have no clue whats right for you.

Enzymes can interact with some meds and cause side effects. I would check with your pharmacist. Sorry you are so sick. [group hug]
