Buhner recommends resveratrol (Japanese knotweed) for regulation of angiogenesis or growth of blood vessels (Bart inhabits cells lining blood vessels) and many other properties. He also recommends red root to flush out the lymph system and boneset to regulate the immune system.

Add some Cumanda and I bet you will herx on it. That would be my vote. It kills a ton of stuff, including bartonella.

Garlic is another option but not sure if it is as good for bart as Cumanda. And there is the smell issue.
