Hello, I have just been diagnosed with possible LUPUS. I just cannot believe that LUPUS happened overnight. My ANA is positive and my RF factor is as well yet my SED and CRP are not raised and I do not have a RA TITER? Normally LUPUS patients always have a elevated SED rate. After researching all of my symptoms and the SED rate, alot of times this is what makes the difference in a LUPUS or a LYME DISEASE diagnosis. The weird thing is through ALL the many Dr.s I have seen not one of them ever tested me for LYMES? I have alot more symptoms of LYMES then I do of LUPUS. So...before we start all the meds I would like to seek a second opinion from a LYME DR. I live in TEXAS but I am close to NEW MEXICO, OKLAHOMA, and KS. I would be willing to travel where ever I need to go. I am clueless at this point but desperate for a second opinion. Sorry this is so long, this is the first time I have ever posted. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
