Hi all,

I desperately need to find a lyme doctor. I have nearly every symptom, and it's been getting much worse.

Two years ago I developed a facial palsy on the left side of my face. Since then it's spread throughout my face, eyes, down my neck and now into my arm. The muscle pains, fatigue, memory loss, vision problems, twitching, chest pain and abdominal pain have become severe.

I'm in my 20s and male. I live in Central NJ. Insurance - blue cross blue shield (Horizon).

Any advice much appreciated. Thanks.
