Have you gone to the Canadian Lyme Disease foundation's website? I know of a LL ND in Alberta who could help you (I think lululememom knows the same one), but I am more iffy on the other ones. I know there are some out east, but I think at least some of them only treat patients from the same province. If you're close to Seattle, they are a bunch of good doctors there, but you have to pay ;(
