So happy to have found this website after falling deep down the Kaiser rabbit hole of neurologist after neuroradiologist after neurosurgeon who had no idea what to do with me. A light bulb went off the other day when a friend suggested Lyme. I could put money on it at this point.

Now need a doctor and the appropriate testing to lead the way! I can barely type (or see!) at this point, I'm so weak. Thank you in advance, I know the LA/OC referral question had probably been asked a million times [Smile] . Oh, and preferably someone who isn't breathtakingly expensive (not sure what I'm in for on that front). I haven't been able to work in months!

Blessings,

Christina [woohoo]

Oops, guess I should have read the full instructions first! Too excited I guess...and throw some cognitive difficulties in for good measure...

My symptoms...major problems began a year ago but nuances surfaced closer to 2 years ago...I am 28 years old.

Major neurological symptoms; numbness, tingling, ocular pain, blurry vision, difficulty walking, visual hallucinations, myoclonic jerks, sound sensitivity, neck rigidity/weakness/pain (left side dominance), dysphasia, vertigo, tightening of jaw, ear , chest pain/tightness, shoulder weakness...

Sound distortion, pain under ribs, vertigo/swaying, orthostatic intolerance, brain fog, insomnia, staring episodes, loss of motor skills, menstrual irregularities, difficulty regulating body temp, trouble speaking, extreme fatigue...

The list goes on...!
