I am seeking an internist affiliated with Edwards Hospital in Naperville, IL outside of Chicago who acknowledges Lyme Disease. My insurance only covers certain hospitals, and this is a good one.
I have an LLMD, but this doc is not fully covered under insurance, and should I have a major event I would like to see a physician who would not scoff at the idea of me having chronic lyme.
Thanks for your advice!

Thanks H & P. I don't understand why so many doctors are ignorant about Lyme. Unless they have it or have loved ones who have it, there's not much interest. The ones that invest interest are fearful of their licenses. I just don't get it.
