My son is struggling with symptoms that might be lymes disease but 1st test was negative. We would like to double check as symptoms are unexplainable at this point. We need a Doc in Manhattan to submit the tests to a good lab.

Lyme disease is a clinical diagnosis, as you can test negative for Lyme but still have it.
Tests need to be done through IGeneX Labs in Palo Alto, CA.
You didn't mention how old your son was, but he needs to be evaluated and treated by a Lyme-literate doctor (LLMD). Non LLMDs have no clue about this horrible disease or its complex treatment!
They are far and few between, unfortunately. You need to go where they are.
