Hello i am seeking a doctor in or around atl ga please someone help me find one thank you! i am 24 and have had symptoms for around 12 years the worst of which have been in the last 3. cognitive functions are messed up, left side of my body will be numb, and lots of other things. ive been to a neurologist rheumatologist and they cant find out whats wrong. ive had mri's eeg's and cat scans. all normal. the one test that was simi positive was the lyme. thanks for reading this.

You need to be evaluated and treated by a Lyme-literate doctor (LLMD). Non LLMDs have no clue about this horrible disease or its complex treatment!
None in GA. They are far and few between, unfortunately. You need to go where they are.
Also, most LLMDs do not accept insurance due to the politics surrounding this horrible disease. Read poster TF's explanation, "Why Lyme Doctors Don't Take Insurance":
Btw - please break up your posts into 2-3 sentence paragraphs, as there are people on Lymenet who cannot read large blocks of text due to neurological problems from Lyme. Thanks.
