- I hope you get some specifics names. In the meantime, you may want to get the DVD of her presentation at an ILADS conference a couple years ago &/or see her website. She dealt with major matters of mold.
(She is NOT A LLMD, however, she understands the kind of toxicity issues faced by many with lyme. She did not have lyme but overcame very serious MCS. She spoke at the 2011 & 2012 annual ILADS conferences. Search DVDs at www.ilads.org ) -

You need to be evaluated and treated by a Lyme-literate doctor (LLMD). Non LLMDs have no clue about this horrible disease or its complex treatment!
They are far and few between, unfortunately. You need to go where they are.
Also most LLMDs do not accept insurance due to the politics surrounding this horrible disease. Read poster TF's explanation, "Why Lyme Doctors Don't Take Insurance":
Ask the doctors I sent you if they treat mold issues.
When calling for an appointment, ask if they have any cancellations or a waiting list. Patients have been able to get in sooner to see a LLMD by doing this.
You need to write a new post instead of adding on to an existing one. That way, more people will see it and respond.
Also, doctors' first and last names cannot be used on Lymenet, only the initial of the last name can be given.
In addition, only states may be mentioned, not specific towns or cities. This is to protect the Lyme-literate practitioners who are putting everything on the line to treat sick patients.

Dr. S isn't taking new patients.
If you want the name of another lyme doc nearby that I am currently recommending, let me know.
