There really aren't any lyme doctors in your area or surrounding states. See this recent post asking for the same as you:
See Support Groups on the left side of the page. You can contact those around you and find out where folks go for treatment.
If you are willing to come to the D.C. area, you can get good treatment. You can do telephone appointments after the first one or 2 appointments.

You need to be evaluated and treated by a Lyme-literate doctor (LLMD). Non LLMDs have no clue about this horrible disease or its complex treatment!
None in GA. They are far and few between, unfortunately. You need to go where they are.
Also, most LLMDs do not accept insurance due to the politics surrounding this horrible disease. Read poster TF's explanation, "Why Lyme Doctors Don't Take Insurance":

I wish ppl would stop telling newbies that there are no LLMD's in the south. There is an awesome LLMD in AL. I was extremely ill and he cured me. He has researched LD for over 30 years and is a real LLMD.
I was on lymenet for several years, but hardly ever get on here anymore because I am well and living life. Occasionally I get on here to try and help ppl in the south that are looking for a good Lyme doctor.
