Hi - I live in Windham, NH (near Nashua and Salem). I'm currently seeing a naturopathic Lyme specialist in Maine. He's 1.5 hours away, and not covered by my insurance (my in-market Affordable Care Act insurance policy only includes NH-based doctors in their network.
I'm looking for alternatives that are closer to home, and ideally might be in-network for my insurance.
My current doctor has me on a treatment plan that roughly follows the Zhang protocol, if that means anything to any of you. It would be great if I could find a doctor that doesn't completely discard the treatment I've been following since August.

You need to be evaluated and treated by a Lyme-literate doctor (LLMD). Non LLMDs have no clue about this horrible disease or its complex treatment!
They are far and few between, unfortunately. You need to go where they are.
Most LLMDs do not accept insurance due to the politics surrounding this horrible disease. Read poster TF's explanation, "Why Lyme Doctors Don't Take Insurance":
When calling for an appointment, ask if they have any cancellations or a waiting list. Patients have been able to get in sooner by doing this. Also ask about insurance.
