Diagnosed with Lyme's 4 years ago and treated. 2 year follow up still showing Lyme's and treated again. Year later told I didnt have Lymes's ever!? Recently bitten and think it was a nymph. Want to find someone who KNOWS what they are doing. Thank you

Are you willing to travel? If you are, there are some good lyme doctors in the Maryland area.
You can take the train to D.C. and then a subway. So, that way you could come down and go back in the same day. And, after the first in-person visit, you can do telephone appointments.
I don't know of anyone good where you live.
The doc I am recommending can see you in a few days.

You need to be evaluated and treated by a Lyme-literate doctor (LLMD). Non LLMDs have no clue about this horrible disease or its complex treatment!
A LLMD is one who has treated Lyme disease and the co-infections which come with it for many years and has gotten patients well. A good one will follow Dr. B's Guidelines, the "gold standard" for Lyme treatment.
