I recently moved to south Leesburg, FL. I've been seeing a LL doctor in Winona, MN, but now I need to find a new LL doctor and/or functional medicine doctor as a primary doctor. My insurance is PHCS and (https://www.multiplan.com/search/search-2.cfm?originator=84454) and it would be great if the doctor used that insurance. Thanks for your assistance.

You need to be evaluated and treated by a Lyme-literate doctor (LLMD). Non LLMDs have no clue about this horrible disease or its complex treatment! I don't think LLMDs would be PCPs, because they are specialists.
A LLMD is one who has treated Lyme disease and the co-infections which come with it for many years and has gotten patients well. A good one will follow Dr. B's Guidelines, the "gold standard" for Lyme treatment.
Unfortunately, LLMDs are far and few between. You need to go where they are.
Also, most LLMDs do not accept insurance due to the politics surrounding this horrible disease. Read poster TF's explanation, "Why Lyme Doctors Don't Take Insurance":
