Hi, I'm looking for a LLMD in Georgia, near Atlanta if possible. I can also travel to NC or TN if needed. Thank you.

Actually, none of those states is known for having good lyme doctors. See this post:
You need to be evaluated and treated by a Lyme-literate doctor (LLMD). Non LLMDs have no clue about this horrible disease or its complex treatment!
A LLMD is one who has treated Lyme disease and the co-infections which come with it for many years and has gotten patients well. A good one will follow Dr. B's Guidelines, the "gold standard" for Lyme treatment.
Unfortunately, LLMDs are far and few between. You need to go where they are.
Also, most LLMDs do not accept insurance due to the politics surrounding this horrible disease. Read poster TF's explanation, "Why Lyme Doctors Don't Take Insurance":

South of Washington, D.C. there are few to no good lyme doctors. So, I suggest to everyone in the southeast that they consider coming to the D.C. area to get good lyme treatment.
The lyme specialist that I recommend will do telephone or Skype appointments after the first in-person appointment. So, you will not have to travel much at all in a year.
Let me know if you you want the name.
This doc follows the Burrascano protocol when it comes to using antibiotics to treat lyme and its coinfections. If you have not read the protocol, it is here:
It is also at the top of Medical Questions on LYmeNet.
This is the most successful protocol in the world and is used by doctors in many other countries. Burrascano was the #1 lyme doctor and lyme pioneer before he retired. They came from all over the globe to be treated by him.
