I am currently living in Costa Rica but I have family in MA and CT, where I lived for 25+ years. It's also easy for me to fly to FL or TX.
I was being treated (full herb, hormone & supplement protocol) by a LLMD in MA and a Lyme-literate OT in New Jersey for a year until I moved out of the country. I'm having flares and I need to restart treatment, perhaps an antibiotic regimen this time. I would be so grateful for any recommendations!! Thank you in advance.

You need to be evaluated and treated by a Lyme-literate doctor (LLMD). Non LLMDs have no clue about this horrible disease or its complex treatment!
A LLMD is one who has treated Lyme disease and the co-infections which come with it for many years and has gotten patients well. A good one will follow Dr. B's Guidelines, the "gold standard" for Lyme treatment.
