Based on many patient reports I have received, I don't recommend any of the lyme doctors they have in New Jersey.
Some really rip off the patients. I have horror stories.
So, are you willing to travel, say to the D.C. area? Let me know and I will give you the name of who I recommend. He is better than the lyme specialists they have in Philly.
If you want a chance to actually get rid of this disease, you need to go to the best lyme doctor you can afford.
The good ones are few and far between. And, they cost money and don't take insurance.
At least half of all lyme patients go out of state for their care and many fly.
Let me know.

Here is an updated link to the Burrascano Lyme Treatment Guidelines:
You need to be evaluated and treated by a Lyme-literate doctor (LLMD). Non LLMDs have no clue about this horrible disease or its complex treatment!
A LLMD is one who has treated Lyme disease and the co-infections which come with it for many years and has gotten patients well. A good one will follow Dr. B's Guidelines, the "gold standard" for Lyme treatment.

You can go to www.NewJerseyLyme.org and look under doctor referrals. There is a site with instructions on how to find a local doctor- alternative and/or traditional- along with names and contact information.
You may also want to go to www.TreatTheBite.com where you'll find a one page print out with recommendations you can take to any doctor to be treated if you just got a tick bite.
If you'd like to have the tick tested for several diseases there is a FREE (saves hundreds of dollars) place to do it right now.

Hi, I have an acquaintance in Ewing, NJ who was just diagnosed with Lyme - he has been sick for quite awhile so is in a fairly advanced stage.
Of course he is seeing a regular duck and is told he will be fine after 30 days doxy. He is really sick, and alone - no one to help get him very far to a good LLMD.
Does anyone know what LLMD - or someone even close to LL, in that area (near Trenton) who he should see?
Thanks!
