Curious who has had success with Dr. S in east Pennsylvania with their chronic Lyme?

Does this doctor treat lyme full time? I'll bet not.
With all that your husband to be has going on, you really need a top lyme doctor. I would suggest Dr. P. in Connecticut, but I don't know how long the wait would be to see him.
You MUST be willing to travel when the person has a bad case of lyme, which is what you have going on here.
Write to me privately if you don't know who Dr. P in Connecticut is. I'll give you some other recommendations if Dr. P has too long of a wait list. But, they WILL involve travel.
This case of lyme has gone on way too long now, so not any doctor will do.
