If anyone has a recommendation for a biologic dentist in New Jersey I would greatly appreciate it. :-)

You can go to www.VirginiaLyme.org and look at the menu on your left you will see DOCTOR REFERRALS. It has listings for all states that have Lyme docs.
It also has links to help find holistic dentists, alternative doctors, chiropractors, specialists in Morgellons and MTHFR.
It has a listing for good labs (including IGeneX), links to find a naturopathic doctor, acupuncturists, oriental medicine doctors, experts in mold and places to avoid are listed there.

Who is that, Lymehope? I need one. There are a number of them, but it's not clear who really is good. Thank you.

Dr. Brian Mollica in Saddlebrook, NJ is very good. He was recommended to me by one of my LLMD's. I think Dr. K recommends him to people on the east coast.
