I'm looking for a comprehensive list of LLMDs in the US. Basically I'm looking to move to where I can have the most options for lyme treatment. I would really appreciate a list with a couple states that have the most or the 'best rated' LLMDs so I'm not locked into one practice when I move. Thanks very much.

The Northern VA and Southern MD area have quite a few Lyme docs. But this is also because there is a lot of lyme here. You can find good Docs in this area that follow the latest methods multi-Abx combo treatments, supplement and herbals, and other treatments methods. The good thing is that if you do not like one or are not making progress, there are others to see.
