Not sure how to proceed. Tested positive for lymes(IGg P30 and IGm P39 and P41). Took 21 days supply of Doxy (200mg x2 per day). Joint pain only got worst while taking pills. Been two weeks since taking the pills. Joint pain has lessen somewhat, but is still there and even in other joints. PC wants to send me to a RA doctor to rule out other things, even though RA factor was negative on lab result. Do I need more Antibotic? PC doesn't want to continue with antibiotic until I see the RA doctor. Im now in the process of finding a LL doctor. What other supplements should I or could be taking while I wait. Thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated.

I know you are new to Lymenet, but please break up your posts into 2-3 sentence paragraphs, as there are people here who cannot read large blocks of text due to neurological problems from Lyme.

The bacteria which cause Lyme, Borrelia burgdorferi, like connective tissue and joints are one place they get into. You need to be treated by a LLMD, because non-LLMDs have no clue about this horrible disease or its treatment.
You wrote the pain got worse when you took abx, so it is possible you were experiencing what is called a "herx" or Jarisch-Herxheimer reaction. When bacteria die off, they release toxins into the body, thereby causing a worsening of symptoms.
