Hello,

I am looking for a therapist or psychiatrist who is lyme literate and preferably has experience with trauma. Not sure anyone like that exists, but I thought I would give it a try.

I'm in the Media, PA area (19063), outside of Philadelphia.

I don't know of any in PA. PM sent for NJ.

Maybe they can help. They would know better about PA.

There needs to be more. This is a traumatic disease. I think many of us have experienced the mental struggle.

There are at least three in PA that I know of off the top of my head, and they are very Lyme literate too, so all hope isn't lost!

You can go to www.MarylandLyme.org and look at the menu to your left you will see "DOCTOR REFERRALS".

Click there to find the names and contact information for health care professionals in many fields who are treating Lyme & TBD's in all of the states.

Here are some ways to locate alternative health care professionals too if needed.
