Looking for someone in the SE Va region. I am fully able to travel to find a good doctor. This is for my 16 yr old son who has bartonella like stripes on his back and extreme fatigue. Along with (but not sure if it is associated with) random sandpaper like rashes that come and go.

Welcome to lymenet lizs
Sorry to hear about your son. Happy to hear that you're taking the bull by the horns and realizing you need the best LLMD for your son.
Since you stated you would be willing to travel, I will private message you 2 of the top Lyme doctors in your area.
Also, I would suggest you join your area's Lyme support group. They can give you feedback on each doctor's treatments and successes. They also offer great comfort in this journey towards wellness. We all could use more friends.
Keep us posted on your son's progress. We wish you well.
