Need to find a new LLMD. Someone who uses both abx and alternative meds. Preferably heavy on alternative side as dd has already been on abx for almost ten years. Her stomach can't handle it anymore.

Just fill out the simple e-mail application and they will respond with many different providers to chose from, although Nebraska is very limited. There is a message box that you can write you are seeking a more herbal route.
