welcome jill to the board; thanks for editing it vs. 1 long non-stop paragraph.
when you go to GP friday, be sure to get copies of YOUR LYME TESTS.
was it western blot igm and igg blood tests drawn?
sent to which lab?
please post your positive, pos/neg no., and IND numbers here.... NOT NEGATIVE ONLY NUMBERS! *******************************************
do it this way please!
IGM ... do same thing for IGG below IGM *******************************************
18 + 41 +/- 78 IND
we'll help you on the results, but look also at the top of medical for post by LYMETOO, DR. C'S EXPLANATION OF WESTERN BLOT.
i'd even suggest printing that off for yourself, and even your dr. might be interested in it where his office staff could make themselves a copy of it.
look for my going to 1st LLMD appt.; things to ask, etc. should be in 1st 15-20 pages!

Jill again- I posted this in medical advice too but wanted to post it here since betty asked me too:)
Hello all-
I am new here and posted a Dr. request in the Dr. forum. I was asked to post my results when I got them.
I was supposed to see my GP ( who is an internal med/rhemutoid arthritis specialist too) today.
Unfortunately, due to snow, he cancelled but I asked them to fax my blood work to me anyway. I wanted to have it should my symptoms get worse before I see him.
I need help interpreting my results. My lyme test was run by Quest Diagostics.
A WB IgG and IgM were done along with a Lyme disease screen and LD Interpretive?
So results are as follows:
LD Screen: 1.82 range < or= 0.90
LD interpret: + Reference ranges for above- < or =0.90 Negative 0.91 to 1.09 Equivocal > or = 1.10 Positive
