Can you help me find an attorney to help me with my LTD claim? I was denied by Cigna. I am in Florida. I have contacted one attorney who said, they can't take all cases. Of course I had to use the Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia as my problems because Lyme Disease doesn't fly very well.

Not sure what else you need to know, but I know I only have 180 days to appeal.

sorry, i'm not tincup, but read your note and did you see this that i posted less than 1 week ago?

7.22.09; i posted in my good lawyers' list i started and brought it back up to top; will post it also in MINOUCAT'S DISABILITY link in support .... great info!! bettyg

our member trishee was sent this information below and also his letter stated this,

"My letter does include helping me or "any Lyme disease awareness or advocacy organization" help in submitting disability claims.

He mentions 15 years experience before starting his own practice a year ago." Offers his help with lyme disease claims.

Please email me and I will send you some stuff that might help.

Chances are you can approach this yourself at least to be within the time limit... but I need a bit more detail.

What they won't pay... do you have it in writing... etc. And the REASON given for not paying.

Have you submitted anything yet?

I am not sure why, but I thought the guy you mentioned was for SS disability. Does he help with LTD as well?
