I just wanted to say thank you to all on this site and to those who have sent me messages. Two months ago I posted with symptoms and asked for help. Dr info was given and I had an appt last month. He said it definitely sounded like lyme, etc. and started antibiotic treatment.
Today I went for my first followup. Yes the antibiotics are helping. And YES Igm and IGG tests can back positive. 10 in all ( I left before getting a copy so I'll get the report next month, oops). Is it sick to be happy about it? I'm so relieved to have proof!
Thank you all for your knowledge, helpfulness, honesty and COURAGE!

i was happy when i found out i had lyme because i couldnt figure out why i was so sick. plus i was told it would just be a couple of weeks before i would be better.
as i got into it i found out the hard way how bad lyme is and i am still fighting it almost 2 years later. i still am happy i found out i had lyme. many here search for years getting more and more ill in the meantime.
