Over the past few days I drank a lot of soda and ate a lot of Halloween candy and now my joints hurt and I feel like crap. Sometimes I doubt the whole sugar thing, but I'm becoming a believer.

I usually limit my sugar intake to a soda or candy bar a week. But I feel like total crap today, and I can only attribute it to my binge.

I've done this in past years and regretted it.

This year, I let my husband fall on the sword and eat all the Halloween candy.
