I had always been so physically active between running, weight lifting, yard work, doing things in the house, being a gym rat.
I can't do any of that with the exception of occasional weights now and then. Has anyone taken up a new hobby and found reward in it? I've tossed around the idea of taking up guitar or piano, or doing SOMETHING totally new.
Perhaps even learning a foreign language although I have tried this with books and my head became too jumbled to process properly.
I did adopt a second dog last summer, although at times I have buyer's remorse.

I would like to take up drawing, but can't seem to find the time.
My daughter loves butterflies and I would like to sketch something for her.

i do wear bug spray on my cloths and stay out of the woods
i love being outside but not necessarily in nature.

I'm a golfer too. I go whenever I get a chance.
My club has nice, wide open fairways and very little tall grass.
I didn't go much last year because we had to do a lot of moving around & camping out while we were fixing the mold that we found in our house. I plan to golf a lot this year to make up for it.

Toxic mold was suppressing our immune systems, causing extreme pain, brain fog and magnifying symptoms. Four days after moving out, the healing began. Posts: 2007 | From NY/VT Border | Registered: Aug 2010
