Just found out a relative of a relative was just dx with lung cancer recently and started chemo treatments today.
They are calling it stage 4 lung cancer which has spread to lymph nodes and portions of his back I think.
Refereed to as like t-5 and T-7 etc,,,,I think their were 4 locations with T's so guessing spine area????
I can imagine the outcome based on this info,,,but how long do people survive with this much involvement??
Not being very cancer literate I have alot to learn

I have heard people been given six months with those kind of diagnoses
However I did have a co worker who had lung cancer, in the lymph nodes and given six months to live. He did this hard core experimental chemo and had such a good attitude that he is still living over ten years later.
