Since we all have varying degrees of brain fog, I think we should start here at lymenet to look for

lost items, whether tangible or intangible. I lost my thumb drive and have turned the house upside

down and can't find it. I am, however, a Congregational Church member, but a Sikh who was

previously Catholic told me that St. Anthony was the lost items dude. So, if you know the St.

Anthony prayer, please post it here. I am opening up this new topic to others who need to recover

things.... [confused]

A friend told us to pray this when we need to find something :

Precious Jesus, Come around,
____________ must be found!

Fill in the blank with whatever it is you are looking for

Otter, he is a saint in the Catholic religion.

Here's the request to make when looking for a lost item:

-----St. Anthony, St. Anthony, please come around -----Something's lost and can't be found

Say it several times. When you find the item, say a prayer of thanks to St. Anthony.

A flash drive the size of a thumb, which is why I can't find it. If it were 1970's PC size computer,

I think I might be able to find it. That is the problem-- they've engineered these things to be

smaller and smaller without a way to keep track of them.

It's so weird that whenever I can't find something, I pray and immediately find it.

One time I couldn't find my favorite cross necklace. Looked and looked and looked for several months. I didn't even have that much jewelry at the time, so there weren't many places to look. Checked and checked.

So I decided to pray about it. Not long after that .. a few days?? .. I found it sitting smack dab in the middle of a little bowl where I kept some of my jewelry.

I SWEAR I had looked there a ton of different times!! Thank you, Jesus!

Love it when I ask everyone where my glasses are ---
you guessed it....and they all say together:

ON YOUR HEAD !!

I pray too when I lose something- it does pop up!
God does care about everything!

Go to www.franciscanfriarsloretto.org. Ph 814-693-2880
830 am - 330 pm EST, ask for the little booklet Prayers Honoring Saint Anthony, The Saint of Miracles. and if you can find a catholic church in your area that is named St. Anthony of Padua, pray a novena ! ( you are asking for saintly intercession and help, just like when you are praying for your friends and relatives), you get some extra help and ammo by enlisting our dedicated and powerful saints.

Ie, Courage, ask Joan of Arc, many soldiers wear a Joan of Arc Medal going into war.
Hope this helps you!!!

I love how you encourage ppl to get "some extra help and ammo by enlisting our dedicated and powerful saints."

Only a Texan would have used the word "ammo" when referring to the saints [Big Grin] and I LOVE that!
