LYME DISEASE - DEALING WITH STRESS AND ANXIETY
Chronic lyme/illness and stress & anxiety seem to go hand in hand too much of the time. Join Lisa Hilton and Jenny Swart Rush to explore how we create stress (we do it automatically most of the time), how we can reduce it and also to hear how others are dealing with it.
PLEASE SHARE THE INVITE WITH OTHERS WHO YOU THINK MIGHT BENEFIT. THERE IS NO CHARGE.
Phone into the conference call on Monday, June 17th.
Time EST 8:00 PM Time CST 7:00 PM Time MST 6:00 PM Time PST 5:00 PM

Just curious if they are licensed mental health professionals or lay people giving advice on mental health issues as they relate to lyme?
It is always best to consult with a trained mental health professional when needing help dealing with the psychological implications of any chronic medical condition and secondary MH conditions.
