Intake: Banana pudding, apple pie, brownies, cream cheese cake and pecan pie within a 48 hour period.
(but I didn't eat any white bread! [Frown] )

Results: stiff joints, lethargy, guilt, headache, bloated, inflammation.

Lesson learned: Control thyself.
