They want me to fill out a form.

One of the questions asks if the product is available from my doctor's office.

Should I answer yes or no? It is available at my doctor's office, but waay too expensive.

I think I said yes (can't quite remember, but I remember being confused by the question). I remember some of those questions I could answer yes or no to, so it was confusing.

Just answer the question and explain the answer in the text box. I think there was a place where you could write a comment. A real person reads whatever you say, so you can explain yourself.

I was very truthful.

I think I said, "I don't know, but I am too broke to find out." or something along those lines.

I explained I had lyme and was trying to save money in any way possible.

They are a very good honest company I think they are doing it of the goodness of their hearts as the prices are very good and shipping is reasonable.
